目的:评价使用单镜头反光数码相机将传统X线片转化为数字图片并进行增强处理后是否能提高其可判读性。方法:使用三种不同测量方法,以相同的参照点测量同一组种植体周的骨高度,对三组测量结果分别进行配对t检验,评价不同测量方法所得数据的差异。结果:单反相机翻拍组与CT测量组的结果无统计学差异,而传统直接测量法所得结果与其他两组存在统计学差异。结论:传统直接测量法测量成像不佳的X线片时结果可靠性不高,将其用数码相机翻拍,进行数字增强处理后可在一定程度上提高其可判读性,有利于医生作出正确的诊断。
OBJECTIVE: To evaluate whether transcoding traditional X-ray films into digital pictures and enhancing them with single-lens reflex digital cameras can improve their readability. Methods: Three different measurement methods were used to measure the bone height of the same group of implant at the same reference point. Paired t-test was performed on the three groups of measurements to evaluate the differences of the data obtained by different measurement methods. Results: There was no significant difference between the SLR camera group and the CT measurement group, but the difference between the traditional direct measurement method and the other two groups was statistically significant. CONCLUSION: The traditional direct measurement method is not reliable when measuring the poor imaging radiographs. Retrofitting it with a digital camera and digital enhancement can improve its readability to a certain degree, which helps doctors to make correct diagnosis.
