采用近红外漫反射法,对雪梨中的可溶性固形物含量进行检测。不同于以往研究只采集赤道处样本的做法,随机地在每只雪梨的各个部位上采集样本,目的是为自动化生产线检测提供依据。使用Unscrambler和Matlab软件做数据处理。采用多元散射校正修正光谱数据,协同间隔偏最小二乘法筛选波长,结合偏最小二乘法建模并验证,校正相关系数为0.943,校正标准偏差为0.262,交互验证相关系数为0.834,交互验证标准偏差为0.438。随机采集样本的方法可用于定量检测。
Near infrared diffuse reflectance method was used to detect the content of soluble solids in Sydney. Different from the previous study, only the equatorial samples were collected, and samples were collected randomly from every part of Sydney to provide a basis for the automated production line testing.
