N-1等原子比TiNi形状记忆合金,因其具有优异的性能而在许多领域广泛应用.但该合金板材成品率一般只有30%~40%,0.5mm以下的板材和箔材更难生产.中科院金属所的王者昌等人研究出一种扩散焊接-轧制-扩散处理生产TiNi合金箔的新工艺,经多次轧制-扩散处理,可获得不同厚度的TiNi合金箔和板.这种新工艺与传统的冶炼-锻造-轧制法相比,工艺简单,成品率高,成本低,可制造100μm以下的箔材.
N-1 TiNi shape memory alloys are widely used in many fields because of their excellent properties, but the yield of the alloy sheet is generally only 30% -40%. The sheet and foil of 0.5mm or less are more difficult to produce. The Chinese Academy of Sciences, the metal king Chang and others have developed a diffusion welding - rolling - diffusion process of TiNi alloy foil production of new technology, after repeated rolling - diffusion treatment can be obtained with different thickness of TiNi alloy foil and board. Compared with the traditional smelting-forging-rolling method, the new process has the advantages of simple process, high yield and low cost, and can manufacture the foils under 100 μm.
