本实难采用langendorff豚鼠心脏观察了牛磺酸及Mg2+对缺血-再灌损伤心脏的保护作用。实验发现:1)10-4mol/L的牛磺酸不仅能减少豚鼠缺血-再灌心肌组织内MDA(丙二醛)的含量,而且能显著增加SOD(超氧化物岐化酶)的活力;2)15mmol/L的Mg2+能减少心肌组织中MDA的含量,但SOD的活力改变不明显。提示抗脂质过氧化可能是半磺酸和Mg2+保护缺血-再灌注损伤心脏的途径之一。
The reality is difficult to use langendorff guinea pig heart observed taurine and Mg2 + on ischemia-reperfusion injury of the heart. The results showed that: 1) 10-4mol / L taurine could not only decrease MDA (malondialdehyde) content but also significantly increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in guinea pig ischemia-reperfusion myocardium ; 2) 15mmol / L Mg2 + can reduce the content of MDA in myocardium, but the change of SOD activity is not obvious. It is suggested that anti-lipid peroxidation may be one of the pathways by which hemi-sulfonic acid and Mg2 + protect the heart from ischemia-reperfusion injury.
