本文报告吡喹酮对曼氏迭宫裂头蚴在体内、体外试验中的作用。在体外,裂头蚴对吡喹酮有很强的抵抗力,1000μg/ml作用1h仅引起虫体的活动改变,且经无药培养24h后即恢复;药物对虫体的感染力亦无影响。在体内,总量为120、240mg/kg的吡喹酮使虫体出现短暂的体表泡状物及个别虫体的断裂。裂头蚴对药物反应有个体差异,两剂量组的疗效似无差异。本文首次由腹腔接种裂头蚴于大、小鼠。文中就吡喹酮对绦虫幼虫的作用进行了讨论。
This article reports on the effect of praziquantel on the spasm of Mannichium in vivo and in vitro. In vitro, schizophyllan has a strong resistance to praziquantel, 1000μg/ml effect 1h only caused the activity of the worm body, and recovered after 24 hours without drug culture; the drug has no effect on the infectivity of the worm body. In vivo, praziquantel with a total amount of 120 and 240 mg/kg causes transient body surface blebs and individual worm body breakage. There was an individual difference in the drug response of sparganosis, and there was no difference in efficacy between the two dose groups. This article is the first time inoculated in the abdomen to spasm in large, mice. The role of praziquantel on aphid larvae was discussed in this paper.
