领导科学与艺术是领导者进行管理活动所必备的能力和素养,领导决策在整个领导活动中处于核心位置。在管理活动中,领导者最重要的工作就在于决策,决策的正确与否、科学与否,是衡量并检验领导者领导水平的最主要标志。科学决策当今社会对领导活动、领导者的必然要求,但是目前我国的科学决策还存在领导者自身素质不到、决策制度以及实施过程不完善等问题,通过了解这些问题并采取相应的措施解决这些问题,最终促进我国领导者科学决策水平,进一步完善我国的领导活动。
