乳母膳食对其乳汁含量是否有影响,学者意见不一。本研究在亚热带条件下,在一个季度内,连续观察42名乳母的膳食并分析其乳汁中的抗坏血酸含量,当乳母接受进食青菜水果的建议,改善其膳食构成,增加抗坏血酸摄入量时,其乳汁中的抗坏血酸浓度也增加。当每日以纯抗坏血酸200mg口服对原有膳食作补充时,亦有同样明显的效果(p<0.05)。预计乳母在抗坏血酸摄入量在良好状态时,乳汁的含量约在4.6—4.8mg/100ml之间。
Nurse diet on its milk content is affected, scholars disagree. In this study, we observed the diet of 42 lactating mothers and analyzed the content of ascorbic acid in milk in a quarter in a sub-tropical condition. When the mothers received the suggestion of eating green vegetables and fruit to improve the dietary composition and increase the intake of ascorbic acid, Ascorbate concentration in milk also increases. The same clear effect (p <0.05) was also observed when daily oral supplementation of 200 mg of pure ascorbic acid was used. It is expected that when the amount of ascorbic acid intake is in a good state, the amount of milk is about 4.6-4.8 mg / 100 ml.
