石景山体育馆屋盖平面呈正三角形,边长99m。整个屋盖结构由三组(六根)与水平面成26°59′夹角的钢梁及三块四边形双层双曲钢网壳组合而成。本文从钢网壳屋盖结构的受力特点、三叉形空间框架结构的选型、网壳与边缘构件的连接、边缘构件的截面形式、悬挑梁方案的确定、网壳网格的划分及索、拱桁架的布置诸方面闸述了结构设计方案的确定。另外,对结构内力分析、构造及制作安装也扼要作了介绍。
Shijingshan Stadium roof is a flat triangle with a side length of 99m. The whole roof structure is composed of three groups (six piles) and a steel beam with a horizontal angle of 26°59′ and three quadrilateral double-layer double-curvature steel mesh shells. In this paper, the stress characteristics of the steel mesh roof structure, the selection of the trident space frame structure, the connection of the lattice shell and the edge member, the cross-sectional form of the edge member, the determination of the cantilever beam scheme, and the mesh shell mesh division The layout of the cable and arch truss has been described in terms of the design of the structural design.
