利用激光熔化沉积技术,在TA15合金基板上制备TA15/Ti_2AlNb双合金薄壁试样,分析沉积态和热处理态TA15/Ti_2AlNb双合金微观组织及相组成,对双合金在室温下的力学性能进行测试。结果表明,沉积态TA15/Ti_2AlNb双合金具有良好的力学性能,室温抗拉强度为1096MPa,延伸率为5.2%,断裂位置位于过渡区;热处理态双合金室温抗拉强度为1053 MPa,延伸率为3.2%,断裂位置位于TA15合金侧;沉积态TA15/Ti_2AlNb双合金从TA15合金侧到Ti_2AlNb基合金侧相的转变依次为α和β相,α、α2和β/B2相,α2、β/B2和O相及α2、B2和O相。
TA15 / Ti_2AlNb bimetal thin-walled samples were prepared on TA15 alloy substrate by laser melting deposition technique. The microstructure and phase composition of TA15 / Ti_2AlNb alloy were analyzed. The mechanical properties of the dual alloy at room temperature were tested . The results show that the as-deposited TA15 / Ti_2AlNb alloy has good mechanical properties. The tensile strength at room temperature is 1096MPa, the elongation is 5.2% and the rupture location is in the transition zone. The tensile strength at room temperature of the alloy is about 1053 MPa and the elongation is 3.2%, and the fracture site is located on the TA15 alloy side. The transition from the TA15 alloy side to the Ti2AlNb-based alloy phase in the as-deposited TA15 / Ti_2AlNb alloy is α and β, α, α2 and β / B2, α2 and β / B2 And O phase and α2, B2 and O phase.
