企业的财务管理是企业管理工作中的核心组成部分,对于高收益高风险的医药企业来说,对企业进行合理的财务风险分析并及时做出财务风险的防范措施显得十分必要。本文主要分析了集团化管控模式下医药流通企业的财务风险,和造成医药流通企业财务风险的因素,提出了集团化管控模式下医药流通企业财务风险的防范对策。
The financial management of an enterprise is the core component of the enterprise management. For the high-yield and high-risk pharmaceutical enterprises, it is necessary to conduct reasonable financial risk analysis and timely make the financial risk prevention measures. This paper mainly analyzes the financial risks of the pharmaceutical distribution enterprises under the group control mode and the factors that cause the financial risks of the pharmaceutical distribution enterprises and puts forward the countermeasures to prevent the financial risks of the pharmaceutical distribution enterprises under the group control mode.
