在防护热板法装置中,沿整个隔缝的温度分布是不均匀的,导致热板与护板间的功率损失,影响导热系数测量的准确度.针对该问题提出一种补偿方法,通过计算热板功率损失修正热板功率,使修正后热板的功率准确反映理想一维条件下流过试件的热流量,从而提高导热系数测量准确度.实验结果显示,通过提出的补偿方法测得的导热系数准确度达到±2!,有效地解决了由于隔缝温度不平衡而造成的测量导热系数不准确的问题.
In the protection of hot plate method, the temperature distribution along the entire gap is not uniform, resulting in the power loss between the hot plate and the protective plate, affecting the accuracy of the thermal conductivity measurement.
