目前,采用连续造斜的人工弯曲方法,已开始在岩心钻探定向孔施工和纠斜中广为使用。连斜造斜时,钻头在孔底工作条件和要求不同,普通钻头已不适用,必须采用特殊的钻头结构。现时用于连续造斜的主要工具有两类,一为连续造斜器,一为液动螺杆钻具。LZ连续造斜器的工作原理如图1。钻具在轴向压力P的作用下,滑块被推出,滚轮与井壁接触,对井壁作用一侧向力Q;与此同时,在钻头上产生一造斜力A。即钻头在轴向力P和造斜力A同时作用下工作,既进行轴向切削,又进行侧向切削,钻孔轨迹偏离钻具原轴向。现分析连续造斜钻进钻头形成孔身轴线起始点C的情况。
