机载海面监视雷达采用快速扫描和扫描间检测前跟踪相结合的技术进行强海杂波背景中慢速运动小目标检测。该技术对于长相关时间的“海尖峰”可以达到较好的抑制效果,但在噪声区的检测威力会有一定程度的下降。首先,对不同扫描速度条件下杂波区检测性能得益进行了定量分析;然后,从三个方面对该技术在噪声区的的检测损失进行了评估;最后,综合杂波区检测得益和噪声区检测损失两个方面的因素,给出了机载海面监视雷达工作方式设置及组合应用的建议。相关研究对于机载海面监视雷达总体设计具有重要指导意义。
Airborne sea surveillance radar uses a combination of fast-scan and inter-scan detection to detect slow moving small targets in a strong sea clutter background. This technique can achieve good suppression effect for long-time correlation peak, but the detection power in the noise zone will decrease to a certain extent. First of all, the performance of detection of clutter area under different scanning speed conditions is quantitatively analyzed. Then, the detection loss of the technology in noise area is evaluated from three aspects. Finally, the comprehensive clutter detection benefit and Noise zone detection loss of two factors, given the work of airborne surveillance radar set the combination and application recommendations. The related research is of great guiding significance to the overall design of airborne surface surveillance radar.
