采用三相碱性电弧炉熔炼加喷吹Si－Ca粉精炼技术，获得了油田采油井口用铸钢件阀体材料ZG35CrMo（M）。ZG35CrMo（M）与ZG35CrMo相比，两者所含含金元素一致，成分范围基本相同，但ZG35CrMo（M）内有害元素S、P及气体H、O、N含量比ZG35CrMo有较大幅度下降，分别为S、P≤0．015％，H、O≤50ppm、N≤70ppm。试验研究结果表明，ZG35CrMo（M）的力学性能比ZG35CrMo有较大的提高，抗H_2S应力腐蚀性能及焊接性能良好。用ZG35CrMo（M）铸造的32只阀体经海洋平台实际使用，各项性能良好，能很好地满足实际需要。 A three-phase alkaline arc furnace smelting and blowing Si-Ca powder refining technology was used to obtain ZG35CrMo (M), a cast steel valve body material for oil well production wellhead.
