本文对目前越演越烈的一稿多投、撤稿现象作了分析,并从撤稿族群的时代特征及所处的学术地位对其行为进行理性思考。笔者认为,国家应加强学术环境整治,期刊管理部门也应采取一些应对措施,净化投稿环境,如建立“论文写作与发表辅导中心(机构)”、“网上稿件登记系统(中心)”等。
This article analyzes the current phenomenon of multi-casting and withdrawing manuscripts that are getting more and more fierce, and conducts rational thinking on their behavior from the characteristics of the times and academic status of the manuscripts.
