With the accelerating pace of state-owned resources enterprises going “out”, the challenge of cross-cultural management has increasingly become an important issue affecting the enterprises. Therefore, the author analyzes the present situation of cross-cultural management of state-owned foreign-funded enterprises. State-owned foreign-funded enterprises refer to those wholly owned overseas based on the possession of natural resources (mainly underground mineral resources such as non-ferrous metals, petroleum and coal, and forest and other resources on the ground), overseas-owned or exploited natural resources and primary processing State-owned enterprises. In recent years, with the acceleration of the state-owned resource-based enterprises, the cross-cultural management challenge has increasingly become an important issue affecting the enterprises. In terms of non-ferrous metallurgy industry, China Nonferrous Metals Group, China Aluminum
