以SF_6/CO_2作为高温防燃保护气体进行镁合金无熔剂熔炼,是从国外引进的新项目。因为国产的SF_6/CO_2在高温下所产生的炉气对人体能否产生毒害作用及主要产生哪些部位的毒害,目前国内尚缺乏资料,而在整个熔炼工艺过程中,熔气又很容易逸散出来。因此,考虑到该熔炼法的安全性,使推广和应用受到了很大限制。我们以小白鼠为试验动物,分别用纯炉气及操作车间现场空气进行了动物急性染毒实验,为操作人员的安全操作提供了科学的实验依据。现将实验方法及结果,报告于下:
