作为新时期的教师应当从不断的自我反思中提高业务能力,以适应形势发展的需要,其主体意识的强化与专业水平的提高不应局限于教学技术层面,更重要的是提高主动学习与反省的能力。教学反思能让教师在行动中获取处理复杂的、不确定情景的知识和能力,有利于教师更加主动地参与教学和积极发展专业,是促进教师专业成长的有效途径。
