为了进一步探索硅质尾矿火山灰性能的活化方法,以蚀变岩型金矿尾矿为主要原料,采用活性指数测定的方法,研究粉磨细度、助磨剂、化学活化剂对尾矿火山灰性能的影响。通过对水化样品的X射线衍射分析和电子探针分析,查明了尾矿在水泥水化中的作用,并对活化尾矿的应用性能进行了实验研究。研究结果表明,机械粉磨能够有效提高尾矿的火山灰性能,当尾矿比表面积超过400m2/kg时,28d活性指数可达到65%以上;硬脂酸钠助磨剂和氯化钙活化剂的添加均有利于活性指数的提高;活化尾矿在水泥水化过程中主要起“晶核”作用,可促进水泥的水化,并参与部分水化反应;当活化尾矿用量小于40%时,可用于制备FC A03(JG/T 266-2011)等级的发泡水泥。
