With the continuous improvement of science and technology, the railway transportation is developing in the direction of high speed, safety and comfort. More and more advanced technologies are widely applied on the railway. Such as train control, computer interlocking, satellite positioning and rolling stock anti-skid system (also known as anti-lock system, referred to as ABS) and so on. The application of these advanced technologies has played an important role in improving the efficiency of railway transportation and ensuring the transportation safety. China’s railway has set the strategic goal of speeding up and developing to a high speed. With the increase of train speed, higher and higher requirements are put forward on the braking system. The existing train braking mode, the main use of wheel and rail between
