厚补酚(Magnolol)是中药厚补(Maggnolia officnalis Rehd et wils)的主要有效成份。据报道,有中枢性肌肉松弛,中枢抑制,抗溃疡形成,抗菌等药理作用,是一结构明确,作用清楚的药理活性成份,可望成为中成药新生品。为了解其毒性及安全范围,为临床合理用药提供依据,作者对厚朴酚样品进行了毒性研究。 研究表明:口服给药小鼠的急性毒性LD_(50)为4241.3mg/kg,大鼠为4553.2mg/kg,接近低毒;腹腔注射小鼠的LD_(50)为615.8
Magnolol is the main effective ingredient of Magcolia officcalis Rehd et wils. According to reports, there are central pharmacological effects such as muscle relaxation, central inhibition, antiulcer formation, and antibacterial activity. It is a pharmacologically active ingredient with a well-defined structure and clear action, and is expected to become a new product of proprietary Chinese medicine. To understand its toxicity and safety scope, and to provide basis for clinical rational drug use, the authors studied the toxicity of magnolol samples. Studies have shown that acute toxicity of LD_(50) is 4241.3 mg/kg in mice administered orally, 4553.2 mg/kg in rats, close to low toxicity; LD_(50) in mice injected intraperitoneally is 615.8
