由于右心室形态复杂,测定其容量只能用受形态影响小的方法,如色素、同位素或热稀释法等。但由于这些方法插管复杂和重复性差,不便于采用。用心血管造影测定右室容量,由于右室具有平行六面体、三棱形或锥形等多种形态,测定复杂,可靠性也差,故用容量测定右室功能的报告较少。
