我国的法治现代化的过程，既是发掘传统文化的过程，又是大力借鉴西方法治优良传统的过程。法治现代化的实现，离不开传统的主流意识形态儒家义利观的支持，因而，就儒家义利观对法治现代化的价值问题展开研究，具有较现实的意义。就此进行了初步探讨。
