海水管道和热交换器中的海生物生长和腐蚀若不加以控制,就会增加运行和维修费用。受污损的管道和热交换器表面会降低冷却水的流速,从而增加燃料消耗,清理工作也就更繁重。此外,这些受污损的部位若未检查出来、加以控制,就会导致加速腐蚀,而最终还得花昂贵的费用来更新或修补设备。氯化法是最常用的海生物控制技术,使用该法必须加强对环境的检查,若不细心控制,则该方法本身就会使腐蚀问题加重。 本文介绍了采用电解防污系统控制海水工作系统的海生物生长和腐蚀的现场经验及研究结果。
If not controlled by the growth and corrosion of marine life in seawater pipes and heat exchangers, operational and maintenance costs are increased. Defaced pipes and heat exchanger surfaces reduce the flow rate of cooling water, resulting in increased fuel consumption and more intensive cleaning. In addition, these contaminated sites, if left unchecked and controlled, can lead to accelerated corrosion and, ultimately, costly upgrades or repairs to the equipment. Chlorination is the most commonly used control technique for marine life, and the use of this method requires a greater degree of environmental checks and, if not carefully controlled, the process itself aggravates the problem of corrosion. This paper presents the field experience and research results on the growth and corrosion of marine organisms using electrolytic antifouling systems to control seawater systems.
