利用熵值法、聚类分析与区域分布图对我国31个地区现代信息服务业发展水平进行综合评价,以全面反映其发展水平与差异,剖析各地区现代信息服务业发展的优势与不足。结果表明,我国各地区现代信息服务业发展水平差异较大,东中西部发展层次较明显;从状态层与分行业来看,多数地区现代信息服务业发展不平衡;基于熵值法的现代信息服务业评价体系同样适用于区域和国家等层面的现代信息服务业评价。
Using the entropy method, cluster analysis and regional distribution map, this paper makes a comprehensive evaluation of the development level of modern information service industry in 31 regions of our country, in order to fully reflect its development level and difference, and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of modern information service industry in all regions. The results show that there are great differences in the development level of modern information service industry in all regions of our country and the development levels in the eastern, central and western regions are more obvious. From the perspective of status level and sub-sectors, the development of modern information service industry in most regions is unbalanced. Modern information based on entropy method The service evaluation system is equally applicable to the evaluation of modern information service industry at the regional and national levels.
