[目的]建立一种同时测定辛酰溴苯腈、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津的高效液相色谱法。[方法]采用高效液相色谱法,以乙腈和水为流动相,使用ODS C18填充的不锈钢柱和可变紫外检测器,在238 nm波长下对试样中辛酰溴苯腈、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津进行液相色谱分离和定量分析。[结果]辛酰溴苯腈、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津的线性相关系数分别为0.9997、0.9998、0.9997;标准偏差分别为0.085、0.009、0.095;变异系数分别为0.64%、0.28%、0.43%;平均回收率分别为101.42%、100.00%、98.82%。[结论]方法简便、快速,精密度和准确度高,适用于农药制剂产品中辛酰溴苯腈、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津的质量控制。
[Objective] To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the simultaneous determination of octaclor, nicosulfuron and atrazine. [Method] High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) with acetonitrile and water as mobile phases, a stainless steel column packed with ODS C18 and a variable UV detector was used to detect octaclor and nicosulfuron in the sample at 238 nm. Long, atrazine for liquid chromatography separation and quantitative analysis. [Results] The linear correlation coefficients of octaclor, nicosulfuron and atrazine were 0.9997, 0.9998 and 0.9997 respectively; the standard deviations were 0.085, 0.009 and 0.095 respectively; the coefficients of variation were 0.64%, 0.28% and 0.43 %. The average recoveries were 101.42%, 100.00% and 98.82% respectively. [Conclusion] The method was simple, rapid, accurate and accurate. It was suitable for the quality control of octaclor, nicosulfuron and atrazine in pesticide products.
