护士职业倦怠是个体因素与组织环境因素交互作用的结果。拟着重从心理、工作、生活事件进行分析、探讨,查找出负面影响因素,并提出相应的改进对策,积极创造有利条件加强培养端正的工作态度,培养良好的心理素质,使护士们在工作中自觉遵守各项规章制度、操作规程的同时,得到相应的素质培训,提高自身素质,使护士认识自我、减轻压力、寻找心理平衡,减少职业压力带来的负面影响。
Job burnout of nurses is the result of the interaction between individual factors and organizational environmental factors.
