利用超效率DEA模型对我国各相关地区的海洋科技创新效率进行了测算,分析了可能影响我国海洋科技创新效率的因素并进行了实证检验,发现海洋科研机构规模、高级职称人员比重两个变量与海洋科技创新效率正相关,而专业技术人员比重及研究生比重两个变量与海洋科技创新效率负相关,据此提出了提高我国海洋科技创新效率的对策建议。
Using the super efficiency DEA model to measure the marine science and technology innovation efficiency in all relevant regions in China, the factors that may affect the efficiency of marine science and technology innovation in China are analyzed and empirically tested. The results show that there are two variables: the scale of marine scientific research institutions and the proportion of senior professional titles Ocean science and technology innovation efficiency is positively correlated, while the proportion of professional technicians and graduate students are negatively correlated with the innovation efficiency of marine science and technology. Therefore, some countermeasures are proposed to improve the innovation efficiency of marine science and technology in China.
