一例深部霉菌感染,根据真菌在组织内的形态、病理改变、组织化学反应及荧光显微镜检查,可确诊为皮炎芽生菌病。镜下见异物巨细胞型肉芽肿形成。异物巨细胞内、外均有大量真菌细胞,直径8～15μm,双层壁,有1～4个核,单个出芽,牙颈粗短。PAS梁色及Grocott六次甲基四胺银染色为阳性,Alcian blue及Mucicarmine染色为阴性,少数呈弱阳性。荧光显微镜下菌体具明显自发荧光,暗视野下可见多个核。
A case of deep fungal infection, according to the morphology of fungi in the tissue, pathological changes, histochemical reactions and fluorescent microscopy, can be diagnosed as dermatitis blastomycosis. See foreign body giant cell granuloma formation. There are a large number of fungal cells inside and outside the foreign body giant cells, 8 ~ 15μm in diameter, double wall, 1 ~ 4 nuclei, a single budding, stubby teeth. PAS beam color and Grocott silver methylamine tetraminium staining was positive, Alcian blue and Mucicarmine staining was negative, a few were weakly positive. Fluorescent microscopy of bacteria with significant autofluorescence, visible multiple dark nuclei.
