目的了解医院感染的现状及医院感染控制与管理中存在的问题,以提高医院感染管理水平。方法采用横断面调查的方法,对2009年9月4日的住院患者进行医院感染现患率调查。结果应调查患者642例,实际调查626例,实查率97.51%,发生医院感染41例,医院感染现患率6.55%,感染部位以呼吸道为首位,抗菌药物使用率为75.24%,一联用药为72.19%,二联用药为25.90%、三联用药为1.91%;病原送检率为50.25%。结论医院重症监护病房及血液科为医院感染高发科室,在抗菌药物合理使用及标本送检方面尚存不足,及时加强对重症监护病房、血液科等重点科室的监控以及合理使用抗菌药物对降低医院感染率有着重要意义。
Objective To understand the current situation of nosocomial infection and the existing problems in the control and management of nosocomial infection in order to improve the level of nosocomial infection management. Methods The method of cross-sectional survey was used to investigate the prevalence of nosocomial infections in hospitalized patients on September 4, 2009. Results 642 cases of patients should be investigated, 626 cases were actually investigated, the actual investigation rate was 97.51%, 41 cases of nosocomial infection, 6.55% of prevalence of nosocomial infection, respiratory tract infection as the first place, antibacterial drug use rate was 75.24% 72.19%, 25.90% for second-line drugs, 1.91% for triple-drug therapy, and 50.25% for pathogen detection. Conclusion The intensive care unit and hematology department of the hospital are the high-risk departments of hospital infection. There are still a few problems in the rational use of antimicrobial agents and the submission of specimens. In the meantime, the monitoring of important departments such as intensive care unit and hematology department and the rational use of antimicrobial agents in reducing hospital Infection rate is of great significance.
