企业如何在社会主义的市场经济条件下参与竞争、把握机遇、迎接挑战,很大程度上,决定于内部职工素质的高低。我国技术工人中的中、高级工人比例小,甚至现在比例仍在逐渐减少。技术工人的技能水平与其工资级别往往也不相符合。生产第一线缺少技术骨干,这已经成为阻碍生产、影响经济发展的一个突出问题。所以搞好技术工人的培训,提高其素质是工人培训中的重中之重。
How enterprises compete in the socialist market economy, seize opportunities and meet challenges, to a large extent, depends on the quality of internal staff. The proportion of middle and senior skilled workers in our country is small and the proportion is still decreasing. The skill level of skilled workers often does not match their salary level. The lack of technical backbone in the first line of production has become a prominent issue that hinder production and affect economic development. Therefore, improving the training of skilled workers and improving their quality are the most important aspects of workers’ training.
