本文利用季铵离子(十六烷基二甲基苯胺,CDMBA~+)对溴甲酚紫(BCP)的变色反应,研究了一种直接测定水中阴离子表面活性剂(十二烷基硫酸钠(Na·LS))的快速方法。其原理是CDMBA~+在pH 8左右与BCP反应后,在波长588 nm处的吸光度很低,当有LS~-时,CDMBA~+与LS~-形成离子缔合物而游离出蓝色的BCP,并且BCP颜色与LS~-的浓度成正比。本法检出限LS~-浓度在0~1.7×10~5M(约5ppm)范围符合比耳定律,摩尔吸光率约为6×10~4L/mole·cm,方法操作简便,大量阴离子共存对测定无影响,还可用目视比色法对
