目的 通过建立上海航空医疗救援中心基地医院指挥信息管理系统,以保障航空医疗救援的全流程信息传递通畅,提升救援效率与质量.方法 本文通过文献调查、专家访谈、实地调研、系统建设等方法 ,从突发公共事件任务管理、伤病员信息管理、基地医院应急指挥及应急物资管理等几个方面,建立了现代航空医疗救援指挥信息管理系统.结果 在上海航空医疗救援的整体流程基础上,建立了信息化系统的五大特色功能.结论 通过信息化建设,将有利于提高医疗救援的效率,完善和规范应急医疗救援流程.“,”Objective Through establishing the base hospital command information management system of Shanghai Aviation Medical Assistance Center ,ensuring the smooth flow of information in the whole process of aviation medical rescue, improving the rescue efficiency and reducing the disability rate. Methods In this paper, we used literature investigation, expert interview, field research and system construction to upgrade of modern aviation medical rescue command information from several aspects, such as emergency management of public events, patient information management, emergency command of base hospitals and emergency materials management. Results Based on the overall process of Shanghai Aviation Medical Treatment, we have established five special functions of the information system.Conclusion Through the informationization construction, it is beneficial to send the wounded and sickness indications to the general medical institutions in the shortest time, and improve the emergency medical rescue procedures and regulations.
