加强社会主义法制建设,依法治国,是邓小平同志建设有中国特色社会主义理论的重要组成部分。当前法制建设中一个突出问题是存在不少有法不依、执法不严、违法不究的现象。这在我们价格法制建设中表现得也很突出。因此,认真学习邓小平同志关于法制建设的论述,把严格执法作为价格法制建设的中心工作来抓,对于推进依法治价,促使价格监督检查执法工作更好地成为保障宏观经济运行的重要手段,为社会主义市场经济建设保驾护航,具有十分重要的意义。
