合作学习能够活跃课堂教学氛围,激发学生学习兴趣,使课堂成为充满生机、智慧和活力的场所。笔者所在学校在实践素质教育的过程中,尝试采用小组合作学习的课堂教学模式,把课堂还给学生,让学生成为学习、研究的主体。课堂是学生获取知识的主要阵地,在地理课堂中合理、有效地利用小组合作学习模式,学生能大容量、多方式地吸收新知识,改变传统的教师“一言堂”的课堂局面,增强地理课堂活力。
