目的对医院急诊科传染性疾病消毒隔离的综合管理状况进行分析。方法通过回顾2012年4月-2014年4月急诊科传染性疾病情况,同时对急诊科进行消毒隔离护理质量控制检查,总结并分析医院急诊科对传染性疾病消毒隔离的管理工作。结果自2012年4月-2014年4月来医院急诊科就诊的患者总数为11 752例,其中确诊的传染病有9种62例,占患者总数的0.53%。另外,通过对急诊科进行消毒隔离护理质量控制检查结果发现,98.6%护士掌握消毒隔离的规章制度,96.7%消毒隔离管理基本规范符合要求,85.8%感染监控护理体系较为完善,80.9%的医疗垃圾管理符合规定,91.2%的护士操作流程符合标准,科室的管理及环境管理符合要求的分别为88.3%和83.4%。针对科室存在的传染病问题,急诊科采取了一系列消毒隔离的管理措施。结论急诊科疾病感染的预防关键就是进行疾病的消毒隔离管理工作,各项管理制度与措施应当落实到人,医护人员的预防意识需要加强。
Objective To analyze the comprehensive management of disinfection and isolation of infectious diseases in emergency department of the hospital. Methods By reviewing the emergency department infectious diseases from Apr. 2012 to Apr. 2014, the quality control examination of disinfection and isolation nursing was conducted in the emergency departments and the management of hospital emergency department for the disinfection and isolation of infectious diseases was summarized and analyzed. Results The total number of patients who visited the hospital emergency department from April 2012 to April 2014 was 11 752, of which 62 were diagnosed with 9 diseases, accounting for 0.53% of the total number of patients. In addition, through the disinfection and isolation quality control examination of the emergency department, 98.6% of nurses have the rules and regulations of disinfection and isolation, 96.7% of the basic norms of disinfection and isolation management meet the requirements, 85.8% of the infection surveillance and care system is perfect, 80.9% of medical waste Management compliance, 91.2% of nurses operating procedures meet the standards, departmental management and environmental management meet the requirements were 88.3% and 83.4%. Department for the existence of infectious diseases, emergency department has taken a series of disinfection and isolation management measures. Conclusion The key to prevention of infectious diseases in emergency department is to carry out the disinfection and isolation management of diseases. Various management systems and measures should be implemented to people and prevention awareness of medical staff needs to be strengthened.
