选用3种不同类型的紫外光吸收剂(UVA)通过熔融共混的方法制备UVA改性沥青。通过对比UVA改性沥青的物理性能,确定UVA在沥青中的适宜掺量为0.4~0.7wt%。采用动态剪切流变仪研究不同UVA改性沥青的流变性能,并对3种改性沥青试样分别进行薄膜烘箱试验和紫外光老化试验,评价了UVA对沥青热氧及紫外光老化性能的影响。结果表明,UVA的加入使沥青复数剪切模量略微降低,相位角增大,而车辙因子变化很小。UVA可有效地改善沥青的耐紫外光老化性能,而对其耐热氧老化性能影响甚微。
UVA modified asphalt was prepared by melt blending using three different types of UV absorbers (UVA). By comparing the physical properties of UVA modified asphalt, it is determined that the suitable dosage of UVA in asphalt is 0.4 ~ 0.7wt%. Dynamic shear rheometer was used to study the rheological properties of different UVA-modified asphalts. Three types of modified asphalt samples were subjected to thin-film oven test and UV-light aging test, respectively. The effects of UVA on hot oxygen and UV aging properties Impact. The results show that the addition of UVA slightly decreases the complex shear modulus of asphalt, the phase angle increases, and the rutting factor changes little. UVA can effectively improve the asphalt UV aging resistance, and its thermal aging resistance little effect.
