糖用甜菜(Beta Vulgaris L.)属于二年生作物,第一年主要进行营养生长,形成繁茂的叶丛和肥大的直根。甜菜肥大的直根是根的一种变态。在根的生长过程中,依次发生初生、次生、三生构造的变化,由于根构造的变化及三生维管束环数目的多少,与甜菜根的产量和含糖率有密切的关系,因此,研究甜菜根三生构造的形成与叶片生长的关系,从而根据叶片生长的状态判断
