随着蛋白质组学相关技术的迅速发展 ,蛋白质组学已成为当今细胞生物学领域中极其活跃的学科。蛋白质组学的核心技术包括双相电泳、质谱分析、蛋白质组信息学。蛋白质组学从新的角度研究肿瘤 ,寻找肿瘤标记蛋白 ,进而阐明其表达水平的变化与肿瘤发生、发展不同阶段的相互关系 ,对肿瘤的早期诊断具有重要意义。作者就蛋白质组学研究相关技术、策略及其在消化系统肿瘤中的应用作简要综述
