由洪满浩、全明吉等先生编纂的《中韩辞典》《韩中辞典》(以下简称《辞典》)已由黑龙江朝鲜民族出版社正式出版了。《辞典》的出版,由于其双语的特性,也由于编纂者的特殊性(既为语言学专家,又兼通中韩两国语言,自身的母语为韩语,却又生活在汉语的语言环境中)、治学的严谨性及其体例的科学性,不论在语言学上的集成之功,还是在文化学上的传播交流之功、词典学方面的典型垂范之功乃至对相关学科的学术启示意义,都是值得肯定的。
