长阳山歌作为一门优秀的民族民间音乐,是中华民族文化的重要组成部分,具有毋庸置疑的艺术价值和学术价值。但随着人们经济社会的发展、生活方式的转变、城市化进程的加快以及多元文化的冲击等多种因素影响,包括长阳山歌在内的诸多优秀的非物质文化遗产面临流失的窘境。伴随着长阳山歌被国务院列入非物质文化遗产保护名录,这既标志着其艺术价值得到了进一步的肯定,同时也意味着长阳山歌正在成为濒于失传的一种民间文化表现形式。随着近几年党和国家越来越高度重视非物质文化遗产的保护,如何立足实际,让这些民族民间音乐得到更好的传承和保护,就变得越来越重要。
Changyang folk songs as an outstanding folk music, is an important part of Chinese culture, with undoubted artistic value and academic value. However, with the development of economy and society, changes in lifestyles, the acceleration of urbanization and the impact of multiculturalism, many excellent intangible cultural heritages, including Changyang folk songs, are facing the dilemma of loss. With the inclusion of Changyang folk songs in the list of non-material cultural heritage protection by the State Council, this not only indicates that its artistic value has been further affirmed, but also means that Changyang folk songs are becoming a folk cultural expression on the verge of losing. With the party and the state attaching more and more importance to the protection of the intangible cultural heritage in recent years, it becomes more and more important how to base their practice on the actual transmission and protection of these national folk music.
