我厂机芯、千分表、百分表等产品的生产,需要大量φ1~2.2×35~50mm 高速钢铰刀、三角钻、枪钻等。要求淬火后硬度 HRC62~65,弯曲度<0.10mm。因刀具细长,刃口薄,磨量少,过去采用高温盐炉常规淬火(直接淬火和装套筒淬火),不但变形大无法校直,而且易过热,易脱碳。装套筒淬火时边缘刀具极易过热变形,发脆,而中心刀具硬度却很低。因此多年未能正常生产。近年有些厂对类似刀具应用真空淬火,变形超差问题仍未能解决。为此我们开始了光亮淬火试验,效果良好。已投入批量生产。

In recent years, some plants on similar tool vacuum hardening, deformation tolerance problem still can not be solved. To this end we started a bright quenching test, the effect is good. Has been put into mass production.
