在对６ＣｒＷ２Ｓｉ钢剪刃失效方式和服役条件分析的基础上，提出了剪刃的综合力学性能要求。６Ｃｒ２Ｓｉ钢报废剪刃表面经堆焊高合金耐磨层修复后，寿命比以前提高一倍以上。
Based on the analysis of failure modes and service conditions of 6CrW2Si steel shear blades, the comprehensive mechanical performance requirements of shear blades are proposed. 6Cr2Si scrap steel surface after cutting the wear-resistant alloy layer by welding repair, the life expectancy than ever before more than doubled.
