个人帐户中的利息多少取决于记帐利率和计算方法。记帐利率是根据各地(或各方案)规定每个年度定值不同,而计算方法则应根据个人帐户记载的特点来科学制定。个人帐户上的本金总额(不含利息),在职工退休前是不断增大的,而在职工退休后则是不断减少的。这就决定了个人帐户利息计算方法的不同。
The amount of interest in a personal account depends on the billing rate and method of calculation. The bookkeeping interest rate is determined according to the provisions of each place (or each program) for each year, and the calculation method should be scientifically formulated according to the characteristics recorded in the individual account. The total amount of principal (excluding interest) on a personal account increases continuously before retirement, and decreases continuously after retirement. This determines the individual account interest calculation method is different.
