目的了解河南省永城市白纹伊蚊日活动节律,为登革热媒介白纹伊蚊的监测及防控提供基础数据和指导。方法利用双层叠帐法,于2015年9月11-12日和10月13-14日的06:00-19:00进行连续诱捕,以小时为单位分时段对捕获蚊虫进行计数。结果白纹伊蚊活动集中在清晨(06:00-07:00,占捕获总数的5.88%)和傍晚(15:00-19:00,占捕获总数的91.18%),活动高峰主要在傍晚(15:00-19:00)。结论永城地区白纹伊蚊活动高峰在傍晚(15:00-19:00),应在此期间对白纹伊蚊进行监测及化学防治。
Objective To understand the daily rhythms of Aedes albopictus in Yongcheng, Henan Province and provide the basic data and guidance for the monitoring and control of dengue vector-mediated Aedes albopictus. Methods The method of double lamination was used to capture traps continuously from 06: 00-19: 00 on September 11-12, 2015 and from October 13 to 14, 2015, and the captured mosquitoes were counted in different hours on a hourly basis. As a result, Aedes albopictus activity concentrated in the early morning (06: 00-07: 00, accounting for 5.88% of the total number of captured) and evening (15: 00-19: 00, accounting for 91.18% of the total) 15: 00-19: 00). Conclusion The peak of Aedes albopictus in Yongcheng area is in the evening (15: 00-19: 00), and Aedes albopictus should be monitored and chemical controlled during this period.
