作者对渗出性中耳炎和急性中耳炎的渗液的溶酶体酶进行了活性定量研究。对象为渗出性中耳炎病程在一月以内、未接受抗生素治疗和鼓膜切开术者23例27耳及急性中耳炎应用抗生素一周后急性炎症消退仍有中耳渗出液者5例6耳。在鼓膜麻醉后切开鼓膜,用 Juhn-Tym 吸引装置或寺山氏吸引管吸取渗液,以渗出液的粘稠度分为浆液性、浆液粘液性和胶性三组,并取患者的各自血清作为对照。测定项目包括蛋白量及溶酶体酶的磷酸化酶、细胞自溶酶 D、硫酸脂酶的活性等。结果如下:(1)在中耳渗出液中,任何一
The authors conducted a quantitative study of lysosomal enzymes exudation of exudative otitis media and acute otitis media.
