为探索集约化饲养泥鳅的途径,在实验室条件下研究了泥鳅对光照、底物及水深的选择性。结果表明:泥鳅具有明显的趋暗避光习性,在明亮、黑暗两种处理区中的自然分布百分比分别为6.67%和93.33%;泥鳅对底物有很强的依赖性,在泥土、兰色纤维丝、无色纤维丝、碎网片、沙砾、竹筒、水草和空白共8种底物中的分布,前3种彼此接近且远高于后5种,从便于水质调控和操作出发,可选用纤维丝替代泥土;泥鳅在溶氧充足条件下栖息于水深30cm处相对较多,养鳅池水深以30~45cm为适宜。
In order to explore the ways to intensively feed loach, the selectivity of loach to light, substrate and water depth was studied under laboratory conditions.
