本文主要应用 DJS—8电子计算机分析和研究以弹、塑性理论为基础的型钢矫直质量(矫直后的残余曲率、轨底裂纹、划伤压痕、扭曲和短尺等缺陷)问题。其内容包括矫直的基本原理、弹、塑性弯曲方程数学模型的建立,以及应用计算机解此模型的具体方法。在此基础上导出矫直具有单值原始曲率(1/r_0)型钢的辊缝调整公式,以及在矫直时矫直辊与型钢间产生相互滑动的理论分析和消除办法。经现场买验证明,公式是正确的,消除打滑的办法是可行的,这对提高型钢矫直质量具有一定的现实意义。
In this paper, the DJS-8 computer is mainly used to analyze and study the straightening quality (the residual curvature after straightening, the crack at the rail bottom, scratches, indentations, shorts and other defects) of steel based on the elastic and plastic theory. The contents include the basic principles of straightening, the establishment of mathematical models of elastic and plastic bending equations, and the concrete methods of solving this model by computer. On this basis, the formula for adjusting the roll gap of steels with a single original curvature (1 / r_0) is derived and the theoretical analysis and elimination of the mutual sliding between the straightening roll and the section steel during straightening are derived. The field test proved that the formula is correct, the elimination of slipping approach is feasible, which is to improve the quality of straightening steel has some practical significance.
