患者,男,10岁。反复腹痛、腰酸伴镜下血尿3年余,最近频发而入院。无尿急、尿频和尿痛史。体检:一般可,体温、血压正常,左肾区扣击痛。实验室检查:发作时尿常规红细胞(?),脓球少许。尿路平片未见阳性结石。静脉肾盂造影先后中剂量及大剂量各一次,两次的30分钟常规片,均表现为左肾重度积水及左侧输尿管不显示,故于大剂量30分钟片后,增加延时2～5小时摄片,此时左侧的肾
