目的探讨糖尿病性白内障行超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术的临床效果。方法对52例(62眼)糖尿病性白内障与同时期52例(60眼)老年性白内障行超声乳化吸出联合人工晶体植入术进行临床分析与比较。结果糖尿病性白内障术后并发症多,但经术后积极正确处理均能得到控制,视力恢复满意。结论白内障超声乳化吸出及人工晶体植入术治疗糖尿病性白内障是安全有效的。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation in diabetic cataract. Methods 52 patients (62 eyes) with cataract and 52 eyes (60 eyes) with senile cataract in the same period underwent phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for clinical analysis and comparison. Results There were many complications after diabetic cataract surgery, but the positive and correct postoperative management could be controlled and the visual acuity recovered satisfactorily. Conclusion Cataract phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation for the treatment of diabetic cataract is safe and effective.
